PPT-TMO S.A. does business on the technological and metallurgical processing market. It was formed on January the 1st 1976, within the system of IHP "PPT", as a basic operating unit consisting of parts that had previously belonged to the factories of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Special Production, Connections, Tools, Material Preparation and Repairs and Overhaul.

The main activities of the unit were protective galvanization, thermal treatment, protective coloring and varnishing and technical laboratory.

In October 2005, the management of the Company decided to disengage from the Holding, so today PPT-TMO S.A. operates as an independent company.
